The primary goal of Fitness Boot Camp is to help each participant reach his/her
ultimate level of total wellness. While fitness relates only to the physical dimension, wellness encompasses every dimension of you as a total person: spiritual, physical, emotional,
intellectual and social. We will reveal your perceived limits, and extend them.
We'll teach you that coping with adversity in the physical realm instills basic
principles, which can be applied to daily practical living. We don't just build
better bodies--we build your confidence and self-esteem.
