LifeForce Fitness is a private, exclusive fitness facility conveniently located
in the heart of Downtown Greenville, one block off Piazza Bergamo. This location
is ideal for people who work and live around downtown. With Greenville's beautiful
parks only blocks away, LifeForce is a great environment for exercising, indoors
and out--you can easily include a run in the park in your workout and still get
to work on time! This venue-loaded location is also extremely beneficial for Ramona's
Fitness Boot Camp-- as the Wellness Director for the City of Greenville, she is
known to workout her clients all over Downtown Greenville, utilizing some of its
most beautiful locales to punctuate the effectivness and fun of fitness.
LifeForce Fitness features: a full line of cardio equipment, satellite tv and
XM radio, selectorized and plate loaded equipment, including Nautilus and Hammer
Strength, and an unbelievable selection of free weights and utility benches.
Our spacious aerobics studio has supreme audio system and equipment for 50+. On
hand are also jumpropes, a heavy bag and gloves for those days when you just need
to relieve some extra stress, TheraBand stability balls, medicine balls, Dyna
bands, Body Bars, Pro Challenge Loops, and much more!
LifeForce knows that skilled, personable fitness instructors and trainers are
what you want and need--our staff of trainers not only know the in's and out's
of fitness, but they genuinely care about helping people. Ramona hires only the
best, and her criteria standards are high. Our members know that the staff at
LifeForce Fitness takes personal interest in their struggles and successes.
LifeForce has locker and shower facilities, providing these amenities: shower
gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, mouthwash, hairspray, hairdryer, breath
mints, tissues and cotton swabs. LF also provides towel service for VIP members
(shower and "sweat" towels).
LifeForce Cafe features a pro shop and sports nutrition snack bar, offering sports
nutrition snacks and beverages, including protein bars, energy bars, ready to
drink protein shakes, and many other on-the-go healthy choices to help you stay
on your diet.
