The Elite Program is the ORIGINAL Fitness Boot Camp--all sessions are personally
instructed by its creator Ramona Graham. The workouts are high-energy, motivational
and fun. All sessions are based at Fitness Boot Camp's home base, LifeForce Fitness
Center in Downtown Greenville. The workouts involve both indoor and outdoor exercise
drills. Resistance equipment and mats are provided by the gym, but participants
may bring their own weights and store in the equipment room at the gym if desired.
