The goal of The South Carolina Fitness Corps is to help each participant reach their
ultimate level of total WELLNESS: spiritually, physically, emotionally, intellectually
and socially.
Our programs ensure results and variety, by combining conventional and nonconventional
exercises, resulting in our unique, energy-driven, always fun and exciting workouts.
All programs are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more advanced,
as our supervised workouts are largely self-paced. You select your weights and
your level of intensity--our instructors will be there to guide, encourage, instruct
and motivate you toward your goals.
