The goal of Fitness Boot Camp is to help each participant reach their ultimate
level of total WELLNESS: spiritually, physically, emotionally, intellectually
and socially.
Our participants execute a variety of fitness drills for ninety minutes, three
times weekly, for six weeks. Fitness Boot Camp combines conventional and nonconventional
exercises, resulting in the one and only...FITNESS BOOT CAMP!
Fitness Boot Camp is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more
advanced, as our supervised workouts are self-paced. You select your weights
and your level of intensity--our drill instructors will be there to guide, encourage,
instruct and motivate you toward your goals.
